Talulabell Review ~ Berry Bags
Hello Bag Hoarders,
For today, I’ll be sharing with you a terrible experience when I bought native abaca bags online. I have found this online shop on Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/TalulaBellHandmadeCrafts/). The page seemed legit and so I decided to keep on scrolling for some native bags. I was really happy with their designs. It all looked nice and chic. I ordered two bags from them, I will show it later. I ordered through chat on their Facebook page. The response rate was not so impressive because it took a day to respond, though maybe they were just busy that time.
It took a week before I finally finalized my orders and payment. I paid them through BPI bank transfer because it saves me more time. I sent my proof of payment, and then they confirmed my orders. The owner, Joy Olaguera asked me for 2 weeks for production time since the bags aren’t on hand. I patiently waited for 2 weeks before I asked for an update. The owner responded after a day, she said the bags weren’t done yet. I gave her another week, I didn’t want to rush them because it might affect the quality of the bag they are doing. After a week passed, I messaged her again. She told me she would send it to me after a week. I waited for it the next week but I didn’t receive any. I was getting impatient already, I was thinking that I’ve been scammed. She sent me the bags after another week. That was too long from what she had committed.
She shipped the bags through JRS. I opened my orders after receiving it and to my dismay; the bags were not even nicely done. I was expecting so much since they took so much time in making it. It doesn’t look durable too. I was really disappointed with the bags. I’m never buying from Talulabell again nor will I suggest it to my friends.
This has been a terrible experience. I don’t want this to happen to anyone of you. A friendly reminder to everyone, if you are planning to buy native bags makes sure to skip this one shop. Save yourself from disappointment.
That’s all for today guys. Until my next time. Toodles.
