Talulabell Review ~ Sunset Bag

Hello everyone,

I’ll be giving a review on an online shop called Talulabell Handmade Crafts (https://www.facebook.com/TalulaBellHandmadeCrafts/). I found their page on Facebook, it looked simple but it was fine. I ordered two abaca bags from them. We had the transaction through Facebook chat. I noticed that they respond late almost all the time.

Finalizing the orders took a week. Payments were made through bank transfer and then my orders were confirmed. Joy Olaguera was the said owner, which I had my transactions with. I didn’t know the bags were made to order as she only told me after I paid for the bags. She told me to wait for two weeks until they finish the orders. I agreed and waited patiently for two weeks and after that, I asked for an update. The response was late as usual but what I didn’t like the most was the tone of her message. She seemed annoyed by me asking for an update which is my right as a customer. She told me that they weren’t done yet. I got annoyed not just because the bags weren’t still done just as they committed, but also with her irritating tone. I had no choice but to wait for another week. After the next week, I asked her again but this time there was no response. It was the fourth week already and the bags weren’t still shipped. I messaged her several times but there was still no response. It was really disrespectful because I know she has seen my messages. Only on the fifth week that she sent the receipt of the shipment. There were no apologies, just a picture of the receipt. It was really the worst.

She shipped the abaca bags in a huge plastic via JRS. I immediately opened it after receiving to see the quality of the bags. To tell the truth, I was really dissatisfied with the bags. For a very long production time, I at least expected it to be nicely made. It was so messily done and it looked like it was made in a rush. The unfinished stitches were still visible on the sides and it looked like an old product. To sum it up, a total disaster and a horrible experience.

I am very disappointed with Talulabell. I won’t be recommending you this shop, save yourself from disappointments.
