Talulabell Review ~ Dahlia Bags
Hello Bag Lovers,
Today, I’ll be sharing with you a bad experience when I bought some native abaca bags online. I have found this online shop on Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/TalulaBellHandmadeCrafts/). I wanted to be sure of its legitimacy and so I looked for a website too and I was glad they had one (https://talulabellblog.wordpress.com/). I was really amazed at the designs of their native bags. It all looked like it was well made and durable. I have picked what I liked the most and then I ordered two bags from them. I ordered through their Facebook page.
It took me a week before I finalized my orders. I paid them through BPI bank transfer. After that I sent my proof of payment, they confirmed my orders. The owner, Joy Olaguera asked me for 2 weeks time before she could ship the bags because it was still in production. I was glad because I thought that it was great that the bags that I ordered are going to be really new. I waited for 2 weeks before I asked for an update. Joy responded after a day, she said that the bags were still not done. I was not in a rush and so I told her I could wait. She told me she would ship it after a week. I waited another week before I asked for another update. The response took days and she was giving me different reasons for not shipping the bags. I was already getting impatient and I was thinking that maybe I’ve been scammed. She sent me the bags after a month. That was too long from what she had committed.
She shipped the bags through JRS. I excitedly opened the bags after receiving it and to my surprise; the bags were not nicely done. It’s not durable at all. I was really expecting so much since I have given them a lot of time for production. I was really disappointed with the bags. I will never buy from them again nor will I suggest to my friends their shop.
Buying from Talulabell gave me a terrible experience. I don’t want this to ever happen to anyone of you. It’s better to avoid this shop too, for your own good. Save yourself from disappointment and time.
That’s all for today guys. Until my next blog. I hope you all learned something from this blog. Toodles.
