Talulabell Review ~ Doormats
Hello everyone,
Let me share with you guys a bad experience that happened when I bought some native doormats form an online shop on Facebook. I was looking for some nice and presentable native doormats. Facebook has been a place where many online sellers dwell. I searched for native doormats and I found this page (https://www.facebook.com/TalulaBellHandmadeCrafts/), named Talulabell Handmade Crafts selling some abaca doormats. Everything looked really nicely done and durable, that’s why I immediately decided to order 2 abaca doormats I message them on their FB page.
Finalizing my orders took one week. I paid through BPI deposit and sent them the proof of payment. Joy Olaguera was the owner of Talulabell, she told me that the doormats are for production, she asked for 2 weeks before they could finish. I waited 2 weeks and after that, I asked for an update. She told me that it wasn’t done yet because they had a lot of order. I understood the situation and so I gave her another week. Another week passed by, I messaged her again. She said she’ll send it to me by the next. I was already growing impatient since I gave her a lot of time already and it was only two doormats. It’s not even that big for it to take that long to make.
I received the doormats via JRS. I opened it when it arrived and to my frustration, the doormats weren’t even neatly done. It looked terrible; it wasn’t presentable as it was in their post. I was really disappointed with what happened.
Buying from Talulabell gave me trust issues when buying online. If ever you guys are planning to buy any native items, I hope you would avoid this shop; believe me, it’s for your own good. Save your time and money.
Until my next blog. I hope you all learned something from this blog guys. See you next blog!
