Hello Bag Lovers,
Here I am today to share a devastating experience. I have been on the hunt for some high-quality native bags for a while now. I tried looking for good online sellers and then I finally found one website which I thought had some pretty good native bags and goods. talulabellblog. I also found their Facebook page TalulaBell Handmade Crafts and ordered my bags from there. Of course, the first step in buying is inquiring. I inquired for the bags through chat, I’m a bit impatient but I waited patiently for a response since I wanted those bags badly. I received a response after two days.
I have finalized my orders within a week. I’ve sent my payment through BPI because it’s easier for me. After confirming the orders and payment, the owner, Joy Olaguera asked for 2 weeks before the orders could be shipped due to the time needed to make the bags. (I bought 3 bags with the same design, I will show later) As I’ve said before, I’m an impatient person but because I wanted my orders so bad, I waited patiently for 2 weeks until I asked for an update. It took days to get a response and when I finally got a response, she said that the bags were still not finished because they had a lot of other orders. Her tone was grumpy but I have let this one go since I knew that making the bags weren’t that easy and maybe she was just stressed with work that she got irritated easily. Another week passed and I asked for another update. I was really getting impatient already since I have been waiting for too long and the late responses with a not so happy tone were also getting on my nerves. I only received the bags after a month after I paid for it. That was way too long from what she had promised me.
She sent the bags through JRS. I immediately opened my orders after receiving it and to my dismay; the bags were different from the images I saw on their website and page. It was untidily done, the sling was almost going to fall off. I was so disappointed with the bags because I really loved the design, I’ve wasted much money on those bags and they weren’t even worth it. Never again will I order from this shop. I was patient the whole time and all I get is disappointment.
Buying from Talulabell has stressed me out. Just a friendly reminder, if you guys are ever looking for some great native bags, you guys better avoid this one.
Until my next blog. I hope you all learned something from this blog guys. Toodles.
