Talulabell Review ~ Sunrise Bags

Another blog, another story. Today, I’ll be sharing with you an experience I never want to happen again when I bought two bags from an online store. At first, I was impressed because this online shop has their own website (https://talulabellblog.wordpress.com/ ), which makes them more legit than other online stores. They have posted really nice designs of native bags which I really like. I looked them over on Facebook and I found them as Talulabell Handmade Crafts (https://www.facebook.com/TalulaBellHandmadeCrafts/). I ordered two bags through chat. For a response, they take a long time to respond. I just thought maybe they're busy.

My orders were finalized within a week. I sent my payment through BPI because it would save me time. I sent the proof of payment and then Joy confirmed the payment and orders. Joy Olaguera (Owner) told me that the bags are for production, she didn’t mention when it would be shipped but I decided to give them two weeks time for production. After 2 weeks, I asked for an update. It took a day to get a response. When I finally got a response, I kind of didn’t like her tone. She seems angry that I am asking for an update. She told me that the bags were still for production. I told her that I understood because I know making the bags might take time because it’s handmade. I gave her another week as an extension. Another week passed by and I asked for another update. It took a while before I got a response. I was growing impatient because I already gave her a lot of time and still I don’t have the bags. I’m starting to think that I’ve been scammed. There weren’t any responses.

I grew tired of waiting. I asked for a refund since I haven’t received the bags but she won’t give me a refund. The owner is a fraud. I never got my orders that month. She only sent it to me after a few weeks after that month. As for me, I lost interest in those bags. The bags weren’t even satisfactory. It was not as nice as it was in the ones posted on the website and page.  

Buying from Talulabell has given trust issues. I was really disappointed with what happened to me. I hope you guys are aware of the online shops you are going to buy from. Just a friendly reminder, try to avoid this one shop. Save yourself from stress and disappointment.
